Dyson Zone Air-Purifying Headphones With Up to 50-Hour Battery Life Launched in India at Rs. 59,900

As the company's first audio offering, Dyson Zone headphones were introduced in India. The new over-the-ear Bluetooth headphones have metal grilles and a detachable face visor that uses micro compressors and filters inside the earcups to pump clean air to the wearer's mouth and nose. Active noise cancellation (ANC) and compatibility with the MyDyson app allow users to operate the Dyson Zone headphones from their smartphones. When the ANC feature is activated, they are supposed to provide up to 50 hours of playback time. They also come with 40mm drivers. In April of this year, the Dyson Zone headphones were introduced in a few markets outside of India.

Dyson Zone price in India, availability:
In India, the Dyson Zone is priced at Rs. 59,900. Zone Absolute +, which comes with multiple port charging and an additional filter, costs 64,900 rupees. They will be on sale through the company website as of right now.

Dyson Zone specifications:
The Dyson Zone headphones, as previously indicated, have active noise cancellation (ANC), which lowers ambient and background noise. Eight ANC microphones on the audio device are said to be able to monitor ambient noise 3,84,000 times per second. Two more microphones are also included for use with transparency and phone systems. With Bluetooth connectivity, the over-the-ear wireless headphones are available. 40mm neodymium speaker drivers with a 16 Ohm impedance supply power the headphones.

Three ANC modes are available for the Dyson Zone headphones: Transparency, Conversation, and Isolation. The highest ANC setting for producing a rich audio experience is Isolation mode. While the Transparency mode boosts audio frequencies to enable awareness of the surroundings, the Conversation mode automatically activates when the wearer dips the visor. The ergonomic design of the wireless earphones with earpads ensures comfort even after extended use.

In addition to audio functions, the newest gadget guarantees cleansed airflow to the wearer's mouth and nose to facilitate more comfortable breathing. The Dyson Zone headphones have two motors that produce two streams of clean air, and each earcup contains a separate air purifier. The four air purification modes on the motors—low, medium, high, and auto—are intended for varying degrees of exertion. According to the company, Dyson's filtration system eliminates 99 percent of ultrafine pollutants, viruses, and city fumes and gases. They also come with a detachable face visor.

When users pair their iOS or Android smartphone with a Dyson Zone headphone, the MyDyson app will show information about local air quality and alert them when their filter needs to be changed. Through the paired app, users can also control the device and set their listening preferences.

According to Dyson, the new headphones will provide up to 50 hours of playback with ANC. They are supposed to last up to four hours when the ANC feature is turned on and air purification is activated. When not in use, the headphones' auto-on/off sensors automatically switch the device to low power.
